Kountry Kitchen in Vero Beach

I have been having lunch at the Kountry Kitchen for over 15 years. Mark has ALWAYS given the most delicious choices for lunch specials.Extraordinarily affordable prices; excellent service.

So cute and friendly. Tasty food with generous portions. Definitely a locals place. I was thrilled to discover 1/2 size portions of many items offered on the breakfast menu. A very extensive menu and daily specials. The prices are reasonable for the area.

Love this place. Super local restaurant open for breakfast and lunch. I love the Eggs Benedict Gigantic biscuits and cinnamon rolls all hand made. Friendly atmosphere. It is a keeper in Vero Beach.

Great comfort food, inexpensive and the owner is there everyday cooking for his customers. Just remember to bring cash, they don't accept credit cards. But that's how he keeps his food prices low so don't complain!

My sisters and I came up here to Vero Beach for the first time and were referred to this restaurant. The food was amazing ! The food was so good that I felt as though the chef was my bestfriend 😇.Highly recommended!

Ate here yesterday and decided to come back again to see what it would be like on a Monday morning instead of a busy Sunday morning.....Same Thing . Decided to sit at the bar,Wanda greeted me and was Professional, Quick and AWESOME, she even made someone's day with a witty funny joke.. Sunday's are really busy, but well worth the wait. The biscuits and gravy were amazing, and the French Toast was really really good! Definitely a great breakfast place!!

Average 2 to 3 times month for late breakfast. Food very good. Waitress Wanda the best!

The food was good for the price. Very attentive waitress. The only draw back was that they only take cash. There is an ATM in the building.

Vero has a lot of cool things and places to go but when it comes to breakfast joints, it falls short. The Kountry Kitchen along with a handful of others is one of the few places you can go to get some good morning eats. It’s been here forever. The menu isn’t extensive but it covers the basics. The service and staff were good. Food and portions are average as well as it’s pricing. Atmosphere is dated and local driven. Give it a try!

Good food, good service, and low prices. I have been to this place a few times for breakfast and each time I have enjoyed the experience. I normally get the fried eggs with bacon, home hash browns, biscuit and coffee. Every time the food tastes fresh and is prepared the same way, so every time I go I know what to expect. Nothing special, just good food and friendly service at a very reasonable price. Very consistent.

We love to go out. Last night we arrived in this superb restaurant which friends told us about. We passed a beautiful evening there with exceptional cooking and an experienced crew and a professional cuisine. We put this fine restaurant in our phone list and we will definitely go again very soon. We deeply recommend.

Best breakfast place around! Wife and I ate for ~$25, and left stuffed. Food was excellent and exactly what I wanted. Staff was friendly as well. One thing to know, is they ONLY accept cash. It was a little setback having to use the ATM and it cost us, but we still left happy. I will definitely return and recommend!

I never got to experience it because after sitting down I found out they only except CA$H. Come on people it 2019 carrying cash can get you KILLED. I need you to advance with the times. The food looked AMAZING though

Kountry Kitchen is another local favorite. My wife and I especially enjoy breakfast, particularly the waffles! Honestly, I've never had a bad meal and I've never had bad service.The menu changes daily with a new slate of "daily" specials that I'm certain will hit the spot.If you're not a local and are looking to experience Vero, then you should definitely give Kountry Kitchen a try! I love the muffins - all of which are homemade.One note - bring cash - no debit cards here (but there is an ATM machine).

Breakfast was very crowded. Servers too busy. A different crowd than Bob Evans or IHOP. Seats not comfortable. My guest had eggs Benedict which appeared to be quite good. I had quiche with home fries and fruit. The fruit was good. But the place was casual but not "special". Very slow on coffee refill and did not bring the Splenda we asked for. Came back in March for a late lunch. Not crowded. Great prices. Much better service.Liver and onions a bit thin and dry.

My great uncle goes in every day, and has for the last 15 years. I went an entire week with him. Best environment you could ask for, and the food is even better! The owner and his staff make it a point to make you feel like it's your home away from home, and it's a nice change of pace especially in this day and age! It's the best spot to eat in the area and the pie is pretty good as well!

Great food at very reasonable prices. Very busy so get there early, or expect to wait. Highly recommend.

This place has surprised me. The patrons and waitresses make you feel like home. Food is always great. Great low carb breakfast.

Great food and the prices are amazing. We were here around 11 a.m. still pretty busy but we were seated within 10 minutes. Family of four total bill was $41.

Big portions at a reasonable price. Very open and light inside. Nice and personable wait staff. The only downside is cash only. On the other hand there is an ATM in the dining room

This place was adorable. I met with my siblings and their spouses (big part of 8) and although it took a short time to get seated we were soon ordering. The food was delicious and came out quickly. It is a cash only restaurant though , and that was my only slight complaint. They have signs posted at all the entrances though, so there's plenty of warning.

This little diner is a popular, hoppin' place for the snowbirds and locals. Just open for breakfast through lunch time. They don't take credit cards although an ATM machine is in the diner.

I was disappointed as they are doing absolutely nothing for Social Distancing! We actually left they had all the salt & pepper shakers sitting there. It was just nasty. We won't be back. Thanks

Our favorite place to go for breakfast or lunch ~ the food is always fresh & well prepared. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are very affordable. We can highly recommend this Vero Beach treasure. Try their biscuits!

Homey with good food and terrific service. Social distancing being followed was on point and there was a notice posted to say that they have added an ionization component to their air-conditioning system to help purify the air even further. I saw our waitress using hand sanitizer at least twice while she expertly ran her station. We will definitely be going back.
